Peraton is seeking a senior level Information Operations (IO) / Information Warfare (IW) related activities Strategic Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will support our customers by assisting in the advancement of new and emerging technologies. The position is a Part Time on Call IO/IW Strategy Planner position. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum IO/IW support as an advisor on engagements across the Combatant Commands and all Federal Agencies Provide assistance in planning and targeting support to integrate and synchronize IO/IW exercises Duties include assisting in development of military operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems for our IO/IW partnerships Assisting as required in development of Concepts, approaches, and new strategies involving the use of IO/IW Campaigns Participate in meetings, conferences and technology related events and experiments with the Peraton Team Provide technical expert support and management on the implementation of Information related programs, projects and capabilities for all our Partners Assist with our ability to Interface, coordinate and leverage ongoing research and development (R&D) efforts across industry, US government and academia Maintain on call availability on a rotational basis with other team members for limited periods Note: Travel to customer sites as required
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of military joint planning and experience or a combined total of a minimum of 18 years between education and relevant experience 5 – 8 + years of US Military Forces planning at the service or joint level supporting operations in the CCMDs AORs Demonstrated Ability to develop strategies and plans and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders at the senior military levels Able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by the program. Possess a current U.S. Passport. Position requires eligibility for a TS/SCI Clearance (or higher)
Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree with recent (last 2 years) Joint or senior Military Service Level Information Operation Experience with multiple US Military Combatant Commands Experience working in the combatant commands customer space as an individual technical contributor Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with customer-based communication systems Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment. Experience working with distributed teams and project management experience of large projects >$20M Understanding of current communication and engineering technologies supported by excellent listening and administrative skills to capture highlights of briefings, and key engagement with others in the industry
