Senior Identity Access Management Engineer

You will be a key member of the Identity Access Management team with responsibilities ranging from defining and optimizing the platform to troubleshooting and resolving service issues.

You’ll be developing new solutions and processes to mature the platform.

You’ll be working collaboratively with the platform’s architect, product teams, IT teams and client solution teams to ensure that identity management, security principals and regulatory requirements are being applied in accordance with our own standards and policies.

What you will do:
– Working with IAM Architect to improve and optimize IAM services
– Developing applications and processes supporting the multiple functions within IAM
– Develop and support tools and integrations supporting our governance and audit functions
– Develop solutions which have a balance across ease of use, performance, and security
– Gather requirements, document, and assess information for implementing information security policies and standards
– Address issues with automated ticketing and aid in performing root cause analysis for issues that could be addressed with future ticketing or tooling improvement Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
– 2-4 years’ experience in IT Security (in the Identity and Access Management specialty)
– Experience with SQL, database design, modern cloud languages and scripting tools
– Experience producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
– Experience testing and deploying programs and applications
– Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks; NIST Security Framework, ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR, SOC2 and so on
– Experience with Identity platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, FusionAuth, and OneLogin
– Strong understanding of federation technologies such as SAML, WS-FED, OAuth and OpenID Connect
– Understanding of identity governance and administration implications when dealing with identity lifecycle management
– Familiarity with working in a production environment with 24/7 environment (supporting customers)
– Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies
– Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies GD17 PRIMARY LOCATION CITY/STATE: Homebased
