– Seattle, WA Job Description Qualifications: The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Flight Training Systems Integrator (Virtual) to join the Learning Design team in Mesa, AZ .The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of our many campuses across the United States of America.

The candidate must live within two hours of a major airport with multiple scheduled airline operations when needed to travel on short notice both internationally and domestically.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Observing and Analyzing pilot training
  • Make recommendations for integrating training into operations
  • Make recommendations for additional pilot training
  • Coordinate with team to provide requirements for flight training courseware
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities and Industry Groups

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Mesa, AZ, USA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

§ 120.15 is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Global Flight Operations as a Pilot in Boeing Airplanes
  • 5+ years of experience as a safety professional supporting Part 121 , Part 135, complex Part 91 or equivalent U.S.

    military in aviation operations

  • 3+ years of experience conducting aerospace auditing
  • 1+ year of experience with Instructional Design Methodologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally 50%
    – with short notice and for extended periods, anywhere in the world and for potentially extended periods of time (Must obtain and possess current passport)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with flight training courseware development
  • Experience being a quality lead
  • Experience being a safety lead
  • Experience in being a crew resource management instructor
  • Experience in being a pilot mentor, instructor mentor or standards captain
  • Experience working with National Aviation Authority/Regulator

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.

Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
