The Role

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital initiatives, such as large-scale digital advertising campaigns, mobile application development, and complex website development.

You must also be innovative, solutions-driven, and organized to succeed in our extremely fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide cost estimates and ensure all content meets requirements and specifications.

You must be passionate about the space from web to social to performance marketing and everything in between.

Having work experience at a recognized agency, technology company, in production, or on the client-side is a must.

In this role you will:
Oversee multiple campaigns and ensure each remain on schedule and within budget Create and own the ballpark budgeting review and approval process with Digital Director Create and maintain project’s scope of work Ensure projects are meeting clients’ expectation based on agreed upon scope of work Foster long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Manage communication between clients and internal production team(s) Coordinate with all stakeholders to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and security standards are being upheld Coordinate with client to manage creative workflow and approvals Supervise a team of producers and artists to ensure that the final delivery of the project is consistent with the client’s creative vision Mentor, assist, and help grow producers within the department Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner Provide daily and weekly reports on status of current and future projects to Digital Director Work with rich media vendors to manage delivery and launch of all banner ad campaigns

You should have:
Must have at least 5 years of digital or integrated production experience Must have 3-4 years of experience on large scale campaigns Must be a proven digital project manager who can handle multiple projects at once, meet deliverables, and manage resources Must have experience managing a team of producers, designers, and animators Must be a skilled problem solver with the ability to take an idea and make it better Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
