Established law firm is seeking a Senior Counsel Labor & Employment Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in managment-side labor and employment litigation.
Senior Counsel Employment Attorney Requirements
- 7+ years of law firm experience in labor and employment managment-side preferred
- Experience in Labor & Employment- Class and Collective Actions, PAGA, Trials and Appleals, Single Plaintiff Litigation, Administrative Proceedings, Workplace Investigations, Advice and Counsel
- Demonstrated experience running cases independently and supervising other attorneys preferred.
- Experience with arbitration and mediation
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience with, or readiness for, direct client contact.
- ABA Approved law school
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
