We’re seeking a person who is excited about our mission and wants to help our team build a movement around accessible nutrition and sustainability.n nRole Summary: Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role will craft, shape, and own the voice of our daily communications and company-wide campaigns to our members.
This person will ideate and execute creative work.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and creative, fluent in advertising, and experienced with taking campaigns from concept to execution across all mediums.n nSpecifically, we need someone who can translate complex and confusing science into something accessible, simple, and aspirational.
For any given project you may be called on to write headlines, short-form and long-form product copy, captions, blog posts, emails, and both paid and organic social posts.

You’re a pro at creativity with a bulletproof strategy Own copy across all touchpoints and audience from drafting, editing, and proofing Define new brand voice, continually develop it, and know it inside and out Maintain and nurture the brand, while identifying when we can take creative risks.
You want to build a brand that stands out Work closely with graphic designers to develop assets and incorporate changes in a fast-paced environment Ideate product concepts alongside designers and craft hand-holding copy that leads users through a seamless site experience.
Take pride in reconciling copy to ensure an outstanding user experience and a clear/concise story Provide high-level narratives and conceptual, big thinking Deliver on-strategy and on-brand messages Help organize content from the perspective of a creative strategist for optimal user experiencen Skills:n n Excellent writing and editing skills: ability to write clear, concise, benefits-driven copy for a consumer audience that drives key metrics Excellent attention to detail: the ability to ensure finished copy is error-free, accurate to the brief, grammatically correct, and on-brand Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects at once, with different audiences, messaging, and stakeholders.
Flexibility: Able to shift directions, and create effective copy on short notice in a fluid environment.
