Senior Contract Administrator

Overview
The Senior Contract Administrator procures goods and services at the best possible price by managing all aspects of the contract life cycle from gathering requirements to monitoring post-award compliance for various internal clients. Provides contract services in a timely manner with a high level of customer service/client satisfaction. Reviews and drafts contractual documents, negotiates the terms and conditions in contracts, prepares contracts for execution, monitors vendor’s compliance with contractual terms, prepares amendments and renewals when necessary. This role manages transactions of a moderate to high level of complexity.
Responsibilities
* Prepares, reviews, amends, and negotiates contracts of a moderate to high level of complexity
* Prepare and manage RFx processes of a moderate to high level of complexity
* Works with Legal and Risk Management in order to identify and mitigate risk in contracts
* Works with stakeholders to gather requirements and to develop scopes of work
* Analyzes and evaluates vendor proposals and purchase requests from internal departments for conformity
* Addresses and reconciles invoice and/or billing issues for various contracts to resolve issues that may interfere with the processing of a vendor’s payment
* Files and maintains records
* Processes goods PO’s and ensures all policies and procedures are followed
* Shares expertise with junior colleagues in department and with staff members across the organization regarding FIS, policies and procedures
