The Senior Analyst will play a key role in enabling continued growth by taking responsibility and ownership for the integrity of data as it flows through our various systems. This is a client-supporting role that requires technical skills, all things related to a clientrsquos data within our systems. Duties and Responsibilities Manage client relationships, fielding questions and managing data changes throughout our systems Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models Help us improve the quality and reliability of the data we surface in our Sales platform Develop a deep understanding of the different data sources we support and the data enrichment processes we run Run and manage all back-end data operations, working with the Engineering team where possible to automate key manual tasks Build queries and tools that identify potential data quality issues for clients currently on our platform Maintain process documentation for data operations, and ensure continued understanding across the Sales team Field data requests and investigate issues in support of the Client Services team Review Engineering output for quality and completeness Support Client Services and Product Development with ad hoc analyses and identifying opportunities in the data Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree, prefer Business, Finance, Math or Science 3+ years experience working in Analytics or a relevant field, i.e., Investment Banking, Accounting, Data Operations, etc. Expert in Excel Experience with T-SQL Excited to learn new technical skills (Python) Highly analytical and structured thinker Organized, detailed-oriented and thorough Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working on problems independently, with limited directionguidance
