Senior Associate – TAS (Transaction Advisory)

Our practice serves a diverse group of middle market companies in the technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and government contracting industries.

In addition, team members can participate in client engagements throughout the entire United States.

nn nn nn nn Primary Responsibilities: nn Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management nn nn nn Position Requirements: nn BS in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred Must have strong Excel (vlookup, macros, etc) and PowerPoint skills Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions 2+ plus years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience within various industries Ability to work additional hours as needed and to ensure deliverables are met on time Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment Must be willing to do limited travel to clients as needed (post Covid) nn n nn nn n nn nn nn
