Alto is looking for a senior frontend engineer to lead the development of our business-facing technology.

This person will make a meaningful impact to the growth of Alto’s B2B offerings, and be an entrepreneurial builder, collaborative colleague, and a practical problem-solver.

What you’ll do: Join a growing team of engineers developing and maintaining modern web applications Research and implement new technologies to improve our processes and performance Collaborate with design and product to create innovative solutions Take part in fast-paced, iterative releases delivering quality features across multiple internal and user-facing products Become part of a team that values culture and inclusion at all levels What you bring to the table: 4 years of professional software development experience Experience building with modern web frameworks like Angular or React Excellent communication skills Experience integrating with web services and RESTful API’s Experience in structured software development methodologies (ex: Agile, Scrum) Skilled in writing readable, testable code An understanding of the value of unit and integration testing What’s in it for you: Base salary, bonus up to 15%, and equity in a rapidly growing company Health/dental/vision insurance and 401k with employer matching Flexible remote work policy Unlimited PTO Engineering 20% time to study and grow Up to $1,000 in annual professional development reimbursement Monthly credit to ride Alto
