Régime des Fleurs is looking for an intern who is passionate about fragrance and beauty to help us with operations and fulfillment in exchange for school credit.
We are a small luxury fragrance brand that has been featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, and more.
You will have a lot of responsibility so this is the perfect internship for go-getters who are interested in learning about how a business is run.
You will learn about all aspects of the business from sales to e-commerce to shipping/fulfillment to operations.
This is a short-term summer internship at the moment but there is potential to grow with the brand.
Requirements:
Available to start immediately High school diploma or above Available to intern 3-5 days a week (full time preferred) Able to receive school credit or intern for free Has a laptop to use for work Ability to lift 50+ pounds a must Lives in the Los Angeles area and can commute to Mid City Proficiency on productivity, fulfillment and e-commerce software such as MONDAY, Shopify and Shipstation a plus
– ability to learn a must Passion or interest in fragrance/beauty a plus Fast learner with a can-do attitude who thrives in a small start-up setting and is eager to take on a lot of responsibility
Tasks:
Fulfilling (packing and shipping) e-commerce, wholesale and press shipments Responding to customer emails Supporting our CEO, head of operations, accountant and wholesale manager Assembling/producing small batches of products e.g.
perfume bottles, candles etc.
Filling and preparing sample vials of fragrance solution Keeping track of supplies (e.g.
fragrance solution, sample cards, vials/bottles, packaging material) and ordering more or informing the head of operations to order more when necessary Organizing the stockroom and reconciling stock numbers on Shopify and Shipstation Creating and submitting invoices for wholesale Other operational/admin tasks
