Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Our entertainment client in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.  Position is hybrid and only local applicants will be considered. Salary $55,000 to $60,000.

Responsibilities:  full cycle accounts payable; processing 150+ invoices a week; reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation; reconciling vendor statements, researching, and resolving discrepancies; responding to vendor inquiries; weekly check runs; processing expense reports; annual 1099 processing; maintaining files and documentation; and assisting with additional projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience within the entertainment industry
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
