Determine nature and extent of illness or injury, or magnitude of catastrophe, to establish first aid procedures to be followed or need for additional assistance basing decisions on statement of persons involved, examination of victim or victims, and knowledge of emergency medical practice.Administer prescribed first aid treatment for which they are qualified and trained for at site of emergency, or in specially equipped vehicle, performing such activities as application of splints, administration of oxygen or intravenous injections treatment of minor wounds or abrasions or administration of artificial resuscitation.Communicate with professional medical personnel at emergency treatment facility to obtain instructions regarding further treatment and to arrange for reception of victims at treatment facility.Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Key data into a computer to maintain office and patron/team member records.Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.

Good public relations/customer service skills.Knowledge of universal standards for exposure to blood.Knowledge of required OSHA regulations.Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.Educational RequirementsA high school diploma or GED equivalent.Certification as an emergency medical technician.Two (2) years experience as an Emergency Medical Responder or Emergency Medical Technician in an ambulance service, military, or medical facility.Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Ability to ascend and descend stairs.Ability to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).Ability to run, stoop, bend and reach outward and above the head.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to ride a bicycle.Ability to operate and ride a Segway and / or other vehicles.Working Conditions24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq.
