Primary duties include: Administrative support for faculty development, academic affairs, and recruitment in academic administration Letter writing Website maintenance Coordinating and scheduling meetings Travel coordination for identified academic recruits Other administrative duties as assigned UCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.

Skill establishing priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Computer knowledge including but not limited to, creating documents in word, spreadsheets, Internet and database applications, sufficient to produce reports and correspondence, and to oversee web-site maintenanceSkill working independently within a collaborative team environment, and following through on assignments with minimal direction.Strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
