Route janitors travel to multiple sites during each shift. Must have janitorial experience. Gym janitorial experience is a bonus but not a must. Monthly Bonus Paid Based on PerformanceEmployment Type: Part-TimeJob Requirements and Qualifications: o MUST HAVE Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available)o Valid California drivers licenseo Previous cleaning experienceo Able to carry cleaning equipment up to 16lbso Must be at least 18 years of ageWhile traveling to multiple sites during each shift, job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Wiping down exercise equipmentDusting and wiping all high traffic surfaces desks and counter topsDusting window seals, baseboardsFloors at Entrance Studio and Locker Rooms Dust MoppedVacuuming Carpeted AreasHardwood floors are steamed cleaned with Floor SteamersStudio Floors Swept, Dust Baseboards and Wet MoppedStandard Restroom/Shower Room Cleaning includes but is not limited to:- Cleaning and wiping down counter tops, sink basins, and mirrors.- Mopping/sweeping floors to ensure all trash and water is removed- Cleaning and sanitizing toilet/urinals/Shower Stall/Walls/Basin- Cleaning and wiping down Shower Safety Seats- Restocking soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, seat covers, and paper towel dispensers- Removing trash and replacing wastebasket linen bagsJob Requires Bending Down to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces as necessary to keep the floor area clean of debrisImmediately inform Team Lead Supervisor, of any needed repairs to facilities and/or equipment.Follows all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.Maintains a professional and courtesy demeanor while working in locations with with employees and general public.We are committed to the cleanliness and safety of each fitness studio and each piece of equipment being maintained.Our company cares as much about its clients as it does its employees.
