Responsibilities

Today, you met for coffee with some fellow critical care nurses. Over the years, you’ve become each other’s support system, sharing stories, accomplishments and even a few tears. Last week, one of the nurses attended to a lung transplant patient whose positive attitude inspires everyone. Another helped new parents bond with their newborn in the neonatal ICU. And you are caring for a patient recovering from devastating car accident. Every critical care nurse at Dignity Health is a patient advocate. These women and men make you proud of what you do.

Every decision made at Dignity Health is driven by the mission and values of Dignity Health. Your Total Rewards benefits are an example of this in every way. You have flexibility to meet your personal needs. Benefits to ensure your financial, physical and spiritual wellness. You’re provided with mentoring and training to prepare you for your future. And you’re rewarded for the work you do in so many ways. In essence, you feel completely supported at Dignity Health. This is a place that shows you every day what it means to live by your values.
