Reporting directly to our Chief Risk Officer, you will develop, implement, and monitor a centralized record keeping system to document activities of high-level committees and investigatory offices effecting our Health Sciences operations. You will use this information to assess and rank potential risks in terms of severity. Success in this role involves receiving information and maintaining a continuous current flow of information in order to update action plans to the appropriate governing body. In addition to coordinating the centralized Risk data process, you will serve as the coordinator for the Risk Reduction and Management Committee to maintain the Health Sciences heat map and committee membership report updates.
We’re seeking a self-motivated, highly-detailed individual with:
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Paralegal or similar education/training, preferred
• Quality, risk management, or project management experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of applicable evidence codes, litigation privileges, and other privacy regulations for confidentiality
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
