Job Description An RF/mmW IC Design Engineer with MediaTek Austin RF Design Team to support advanced R&D and production projects for 2G/3G/4G/5G cellular applications.
Requirement Minimum of MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3 years of CMOS RF/mmW IC industry design experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with CMOS RF/mmW IC design experience Solid fundamental knowledge with RF/mmW IC circuit designs, device physics and modeling, EM simulation, basic communication theory, transmission line theory, and IC characterization Hands-on experience with system & behavioral modeling, IC circuit simulation and layout, and EM modeling tools such as MatLab, ADS, Cadence schematic and layout tools, SpectreRF, EMX, etc.
