Revit Specialist

We are seeking a *Revit Specialist* to join us!

*Summary*

Responsible for intermediate-level drafting that provides support to project teams. Primary responsibility to interpret and produce drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and /or notes. Exhibits advanced time management skills and adherence to schedules / deadlines.

*Qualifications*
* Provide BIM support of project teams; interprets and produces drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and / or notes.
* Analyze sketches, notes and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete deliverables as required with minimal supervision
* Understand and implement software and operating systems.
* Conduct and apply project research as directed.
* Understand and assist in the organization of plans, sections, details, and elevations.
* Manage submittal production for medium sized projects.
* Assist in the submittal production for medium / large projects.
* At the direction of the project leaders, work with the consultants and assist in the coordination of their work.
* Exhibit good time management skills and completes tasks on schedule.
* Adhere to office standards of design, quality control, and production.
* Review own work for accuracy.
* Manage distribution and filing of incoming and outgoing documentation.

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*
* A. degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
* 4+ years structural drafting experience or related experience.

* Good verbal communication skills, including listening and questioning.
* Good analytical skills; ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions
* Good time management skills.
* Dedicated to providing excellent support to all stakeholders.
* Intermediate level Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam software skills
* Possess ability to create and manage Revit families
* Additional software skills: Basic PowerPoint: Intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Team player: works with project team.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
