Customer service plays a very vital role within our company.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who must have: At least 3 years of experience in the Camera Rental industryA significant understanding of Digital Cinema equipmentExceptional people skillsA positive and friendly attitudeAn eye for detail and an ability to stay focusedReliable TransportAbility to juggle multiple tasks at onceDesire to learn about new camera equipment or equipment in generalLooking for someone with existing contacts and clients DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A RENTAL HOUSEResponsibilities Include but are not limited to: Negotiating camera quotes with clientsTimely invoicing of completed ordersProviding assistance to on-going orders (TV Shows, Features, etc.)Tailor gear lists and provide recommendations based on client needsMaintain relationships with established clientsCoordinate with Purchasing and Subrentals Departments based on order needsQualifications: Familiarity with Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Word, and Excel a plusFour year degree preferred but not requiredCompensation: Depends on experienceMedical, Dental and Vision Plans available after 60 days401(K) Retirement Plan after 60 dayJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00
