A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Providing guidance and direction to the operations team within the assigned channel Managing staff by communicating and directing job expectations Recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training employees Qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or GED 7+ years of related mortgage industry experience within the desired channel Prior experience supervising staff MUST have experience managing Front Line Underwriters Active DE CHUMS and LAPP SAR certifications/designations NMLS license or ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment
