The Director of Estates at Boardwalk RE is hiring an experienced, licensed super-star assistant who is passionate about the fast-paced luxury real estate market.

Boardwalk Real Estate is the local leader in the luxury as well as multi-family real estate marketplace, and the ideal candidate is dynamic, intelligent, savvy, and incredibly supportive on all levels.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn from one of the most respected agents in town and gain entry into and knowledge from the most coveted office in the nation.

This position will be a minimum one-year commitment.

A healthy and stable life and personality are a must.

The position will work out of both the West Los Angeles and Downtown Los Angeles offices and covers properties from Santa Monica east to Downtown Los Angeles.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission bonuses.

The base is $18 to $24 per hour is not a necessarily a cap as commission is structured off of sales, which are difficult to predict.

Must be comfortable in a mostly commission-based industry.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and prepare all listing files in Zipforms, and coordinate print and online marketing through company Salesforce platform Prepare sales comparables, listing presentation decks and MLS lists Manage tech and social media Act as a liaison between clients and agents, coordinate showings Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers) Manage contract to close process Take the day to day office tasks away from the agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies Show listings or meet buyers when the agent is unavailable Prepare and sit Sunday open houses as necessary—must be available every Sunday aside from holidays Assist with inspections, property appointments during escrow Party and event planning and coordination Oversee business development and prospecting, always looking for new ways to generate business
Qualifications:
CA Real estate license and experience required Four-year college degree from an accredited university Video: Editing, content creation, video production creation is a huge plus.

Digital Marketing: FB stories, IG Reels, Etc.
– Creating catchy posts Print Marketing: Must be proficient in Canva, and Adobe apps..etc.

Transaction Management: Being familiar with CAR forms and the whole real estate transaction process (buyer side vs seller side) from the start to finish.

Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage shifting responsibilities in a round-the-clock, high-demand setting Excellent time-management skills Excellent customer service Extremely detail-oriented with great follow-through Sharp-thinker, quick on your toes, anticipation of agent and client needs Independent worker Proficient on The MLS, CoStar, Zip forms, Docu-sign, CAR documents, Glide, and with the real estate process Cheerful, positive attitude, sense of humor Classy, polished appearance in alignment with the luxury market Comfort working with the very wealthy, and ability to keep cool around celebrities and high net-worth individuals, investors, and developers from various backgrounds.

Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly Deadline-driven and extremely organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer/tech and social media skills (miscrosoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as being familiar with CRM Softwares like Lion Desk.

Commitment to producing high-quality work, strong work ethic Aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment Interface well with all levels of employees and outsiders with a warm, pleasant attitude that reflects on the agent Have experience in Commercial Real Estate (Multi-Family Real Estate Sales) and or be open to learning the ropes (quickly).

The broker is open to allowing his next Broker Assistant to do their own real estate sales as a “Real Estate Agent” and or “Broker Associate” during the times they are not working as “Broker Assistant”.
