Responsibilities:
- PRESENT ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITIES TO IN-HOUSE INVESTORS
- Manage contacts and clients with daily communications and appointments
- Accept live transfers from our inbound and outbound call centers
- Conduct and facilitate client appointments in-office and out in the field
- Consult with homeowners that are in distressed situations, and present all the options available to them
- Convert leads into clients by obtaining listings
- Maintain your pipeline

Qualifications:
- CA BRE Sales License in good standing
- Distressed property experience is required – Short Sale & Loan Modification knowledge
- Proven track record of closing at least 10 listing transactions * Previous experience in phone sales a huge plus
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
- Team player
