Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for an on-site Manual Functional QA Lead, contract to hire position in Century CityWest Los Angeles, CA +++This role is 80 manual functional test execution and 20 administration+++ Having some automation experience is a plus but this is NOT an automation role. No 3rd parties please The Information Technology group is seeking a quality assurance professional who will support their Salesforce implementation, custom application development and various IT-related initiatives. Qualifications Capabilities – Strong, practical quality assurance experience with mid-to-large enterprises -Strong hands-on manual functional testing experience – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Experience with Scrum or other agile methodology – Hands-on implementer and executor of test planning execution – Requirements analysis – Testing strategy estimation – Gap analysis and impact assessment – Manual test case execution defect triage activities – Strong to moderate knowledge of SQLMS SQL Server – Queries, unions, joins and other statements – Stored procedures – Experience with open-source test automation frameworks for web applications and Selenium Webdriver is a plus – Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g. C, Java, Python, etc.) is a plus – Working knowledge of Salesforce – Knowledge of Workday is a plus – Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP or other ERP system is a plus – Working knowledge of reporting and data analytics sw tools is a plus – Experience in the financial arena is a plus -Candidates with open-source automation experience is plus.
