GRAPHIC DESIGNER
A design firm specializing in stationery and event signage seeks a Graphic Designer in Los Angeles with experience in print production. We?re looking for a creative candidate who can take general design direction and implement original layouts using typography, illustrations, mixed media and color in Adobe Illustrator. The successful candidate will be able to manage a fast-paced environment, multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines. Excellent client service, communication skills and attention to detail is a must.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Implement design concepts and manage client changes and communications.
- Work simultaneously on 10+ projects based on current client workload
- Manage priorities and meet extreme deadlines
- Ensure printed product is in-line with digital proofs
- Willing to work as a team and bring professionalism, patience and a positive can-do attitude to every project
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor?s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups
- 2+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
