Local Agency looking to hire an experienced Psychologists This position is a contracted position for 13 weeks Applicant must live within 50 miles outside of Phoenix Arizona Shift is 0800-1700 Weekly Gross is $2,060 Pay is broken down as follows: $2060/Weekly Gross: $800/Week Taxable ($20/hr), $1260/Week Tax Free Stipends, Up to $600 for Travel Reimbursement Included.
56 cents per mile up to $300 each way.
Paid out 2nd pay check and last pay check.
Mileage calculated based on permanent address to facility address.
$15/hr for Orientation Shift: Days M-F 8-5.
Guaranteed 40 hours starting the 3 week of assignment.
Req Exp: Must have 2 recent years in behavioral health Req Certs/ Education: AHA BLS, Associates Degree / BSN / MSN Preferred Certs: AHA ACLS Must be obtained within 6 mos of first shift worked of patients: 28 Crisis Rates the nurse must start on or before 3/31 for the crisis rates.
After 3/31 we will review the rates, the rates may decrease.
With this rate for this assignment, nurse must work any scheduled Hospital assigns (including holidays).
Must have pre-approved time off prior to confirmation.
