Provider Compensation Analyst

Purpose:The Physician Compensation Analyst provides analysis and support to the Provider Compensation Manager Finance and Compensation Committee Accounting/Budgeting and all levels of management.

The Analyst partners with the Compensation team to ensure all providers are appropriately budgeted and paid and is responsible creating customized reports to assist management in making critical decisions regarding provider recruitment retention goals and compensation.

The position performs financial analysis as well as reviews analyses performed by coworkers in order to provide senior management with accurate and timely financial expertise needed to make decisions for the organization`s development of business strategies and tactics to improve operationally and economically.

Establish maintain and assist other staff members in all financial aspects related to provider compensation.

Analyzes and summarizes data into meaningful reports and recommendations and distributes/communicates findings.

Experience with datawarehouse.Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks to reach deadlines.Good analytical skills including ability to analyze and work with large volumes of data and draw valid conclusions and develop accurate reports.Good oral and written communication skills.Excellent work attitude and ability to work closely and effectively with oth
