This team drives firm growth by developing compelling, compliant proposals and other sales collateral for offices and industry groups across the firm.

The Proposal Administrator works closely with other proposal team members and administrative resources across the firm to vet and assign incoming requests and support proposal team members by assisting with administrative set-up tasks. This individual will gather information, coordinate with production teams, and execute other activities that help team members be more efficient.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Manage the proposal request queue by clarifying proposal requestor needs and assigning proposals to national proposal team members or regional administrative resources with careful attention to factors such as balancing workloads, industry specialization, the complexity of the proposal, and due datesAs needed, assemble and format proposal outlines using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with speed and accuracyGather information and paperwork, create proposal work sites, and upload documents to help prepare teams to manage a  proposal opportunityKeep tracking queues and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool updated with current status and other relevant information Qualifications:Associate’s degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of one year of related project management, sales and marketing, word processing, or high-pace administrative experience; experience in a professional services environment preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
