About Us:
Tripalink, founded in 2016, is a product-and community-focused residential co-living company with a unique and integrated business model being a property operator and a real estate developer. Tripalink has entered 7 major cities in the US and is managing over 4000 bed-spaces.
- This position is required to work on-site.
Responsibilities
:
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying utility bills, creating charges, and initiating corrective action
- Organize and manage turn-over process, deposit returns and maintenance bills
- Arranges contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
- Establish fluent communication and good relationship with tenants by investigating and resolving their complaints.
- Manage move-in and move-out flow including checking units, collect tenants information, explain live-in book, send the notice and deal with deposit based on inspection.
- Write and edit doc-Answer phones and reply emails from tenants, vendors, owners and other organization.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Accounting or relative major
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Capable of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Ability to speak Chinese is a MUST
