Global Brand Imaging provides key in-house creative production and support for Nike and Converse.

We partner with Global, Geos, Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Marketing, Brand Creative, and Marketplace Partners to produce a wide variety of creative projects for both marketing campaign and digital commerce needs.

At ICON.LA, our state-of the-art flagship studio in Los Angeles, GBI’s offers full-service creative capabilities to deliver end-to-end production for our partners’ photography and video content needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Lead Image Editor to join our studio in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume, deadline driven environment, with strong written & verbal communication skills and experience coordinating a team of supporting editors.

This candidate should have strong technical and organizational skills with experienced knowledge of the Adobe suite of products, specifically Photoshop, Bridge, and Camera Raw.

Sophisticated knowledge of Capture One, InDesign and Illustrator, a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Post-Production team editing and finishing e-commerce product imagery.

You will provide daily booking, supervision, training, and support for in-house post retouching talent.

You will delegate and be responsible for the daily tasks of full-time and freelance staff and manage projects and product launches based on priority & deadline.

As the Lead Image Editor, you will support the management of standard production workstreams as well as adhoc project requests to ensure all digital assets are completed per the designated image specifications and retouching standards.

From production through post, you’ll be encouraged to effectively communicate project requirements, provide technical feedback to the editing team & coordinate assets between internal partners, vendors and associated studio teams.

Additionally, you’ll be asked to escalate production challenges, identify solutions to achieve business objectives, maintain post-production tracking & delivery systems, and ensure all results meet our expert quality standards.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Under the mentorship of the PDP Retouch Manager and Post-Production Director, you will serve as the main liaison between internal & external Image Editors, and out-of-house Post-Production Partners.

You will support the PDP Retouch Manager in planning, coordination and tracking of all associated production requests.

You will collaborate with studio functions including Pre-Production, Production, Creative, Editorial Retouching, Video, QA and Asset Management teams, as projects require.
