Property Damage Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Property Damage Coordinator to join a reputable personal injury law firm! As the liaison between customers, insurance carriers, and auto body shops, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

This is a hybrid schedule working 2 days onsite and 3 days from home! This company offers amazing work culture, benefits and room for growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between customers, insurance carriers, and auto body shops, ensuring effective and timely communication throughout the claims process.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Facilitate scheduling of appointments and follow up on their outcomes, ensuring all parties are informed and updated on the progress of the case.
  • Information Management: Collect relevant data and enter it into the system accurately, maintaining comprehensive and organized records.
  • Address Inquiries: Respond to questions from involved parties regarding the case, providing updates on the status and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Insurance Experience: If you have previous experience as an Auto Damage Adjuster, Claims Adjuster, or Auto Insurance Appraiser, your expertise will be valuable in understanding the intricacies of property damage claims.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working for an insurance company as an adjuster or appraiser is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and system navigation.
