Job Description Production Underwriter Job Description: Our client has been continuing to expand their Commercial Insurance Underwriting Division and they are seeking to add a Production Underwriter in the Southern, CA area.
This person would be responsible for quoting and binding commercial risk.
This is a fully remote position Must sit in Southern California (Orange County, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ontario, Riverside, Temecula, Corona) Analyze broker commercial submissions within underwriting appetite to rate, quote, bind new and renewal commercial insurance coverage.
Maintain broker relationships, Price risk, Place Risk in proper program Responsible for territory, including regular agency visits.
Work together with the underwriting team, assisting when value can be provided.
Perform touches on agencies and individuals not consistently sending in business.
