Kinn is looking for a Production & Operations Coordinator, dedicated to delivering excellence from the time a customer places an order to the moment a customer opens their package. The Production team coordinates and executes day to day operations of order processing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and production, while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. As a team member, you will collaborate within a close-knit team, and support various functions within the team. This is a temp-to-perm position. Must be available to come into our Downtown Los Angeles studio Mon-Fri. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Assist with monitoring orders in production and notify the team and / or customers Assist with issuing lead times to all departments Inspect and QC all orders prior to shipment Package customer orders in branded packaging, following brand packaging guidelines Assist in coordinating with the shipping carriers as needed Respond to and solve customer email regarding product, order status, and returns & exchanges as needed Receive products from manufacturers and update internal purchase orders Identify process issues and implement improvements Work closely with the team on inventory management and replenishment Work with CX and ecom teams to improve product based on customer feedback Assist with building packaging supplies, and managing packaging inventory Provide regular progress updates to the leadership team Work with multiple manufacturers to pick up inventory requests as needed Assist with any exchanges & repairs Light office management work WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Keen eye for details and attentive to the fulfillment process Experience with inventory, supply chain, production, preferably in an eCommerce, jewelry or luxury environment Loves excel You have the ability to quickly adapt to new initiatives, concepts, and services You’re problem-solving minded Ability to learn and adapt to changing software and platforms Positive attitude that is contagious to others Ability to multi-task effectively through strong time management skills Must love jewelry ABOUT Kinn Kinn designs modern heirlooms, made to last a lifetime.
