Business Unit Description: 8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers.

Responsibilities: We are now offering a limited number of $750 Signing Bonuses to new Production Employees We don’t screen for THCWage: $18.00 depending on experience3rd Shift Differential: $1.50/hrPosition Summary:Our 8th Avenue Production Operators are responsible for safely operating assigned equipment for daily shift production, meeting all throughput and waste reduction goals.

This role will manage the entire manufacturing process, perform necessary quality checks, diagnose problems and machine adjustments, and perform key sanitation activities to ensure quality product is produced in a safe and efficient manner.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage all steps in the operation process, including: Batching ingredients, operating ovens and other technical equipment, yielding finished lbs., sanitation of the equipment and tools, and proper inventory management.Perform necessary quality checks of product at all stages of production to ensure the product meets specifications and we continuously adhere to standard operating procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.Use computers and tools to take appropriate and regular machine readings; record data as required and report abnormal machine readings to supervisor immediately to prevent product waste and lossProactively keep machine areas, floors, and bins clean, wiped down, and free of hazards throughout shift, in accordance with standards, procedures, and expectations.

Assist other operators as needed.Report machine problems to the shift supervisor or lead and ensure machine logs are accurately filled out, detailing mechanical and non-mechanical downtime.

Fill out work order requests as needed to ensure appropriate machine uptimeOther duties, as assignedEducation & Experience Required:Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1-year experience in manufacturing environmentExperience operating a Forklift, motorized pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to bend, crouch, stoop, sit, and kneel for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to balance for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to stand, walk, climb stairs for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to climb/work off ladder, and reach above shoulders for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to work in a dusty environment, high heat, or humidity for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, and feel for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to lift up-to 50 pounds for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to team or lift assistance to lift greater than 55 pounds for up to 4 hours per shiftMust be able to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken or written wordMust be able to make fine distinctions by soundMust be able to distinguish object or equipment visually Wage: $18 depending on experienceAll offers are contingent upon a successful drug screen and background check.

Attune Foods, LLC’s pre-employment test does not include marijuana/THC.Signing bonus is split into three payments.

1st payment of $250 is after 30 days of continuous employment, 2nd payment of $150 is after 90 days of continuous employment, and 3rd payment of $350 is after 180 days of continuous employment.

Current employees and former employees who were employed by the Company in the six (6) months prior to 9/27/2021 are not eligible for the Signing Bonus.

Employees must be actively employed to receive payment.
