Bridge Specialty Insurance Brokerage is looking for a leader to expand our capabilities and bring solutions to agency relationships in different geographic regions. This potential team/teammate should have relevant open brokerage experience with a consistent flow of business from their current agency base and the ability to generate new agency contacts/relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive revenue by increasing New Business sales and improving renewal retention – foster and seek new customer relationships.
- Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with National/Regional leader and manage strategic relationships with Retail/Carrier partners.
- Pursue cross-selling opportunities with the National/Regional Leader, Contract Binding teammates and London based subsidiaries.
- Development of short term and long-term plans/budgets based on strategic vision.
- Oversees production of opportunities and placement of proper coverages while adhering to our processes and procedures.
- Mentoring high potential teammates.
- Future participation in curation of new brokerage teammate development and onboarding.
- Empowering and inspiring the production team.
- Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5+ years of production experience in insurance industry
- Active P&C License
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of property & casualty coverage, current legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
- This position is eligible to participate in annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
