We are looking for a production coordinator to join our Los Angeles studio team.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and also work independently, efficiently navigating between multiple projects.
The Production Coordinator supports the successful execution of volumetric production by coordinating various detailed operational aspects of the production while partnering closely with department leadership.
This position contributes to a positive and creative environment for the production team through collaboration and efficient communication while championing the goals and priorities of the Tetavi in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tetavi’s vision, mission, and values.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate’s Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of prior production experience in media entertainment.
Film production financial reporting experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial and analytical skills required.
Cash handling experience required.
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must possess the ability to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to remain calm in fast-paced situations and maintain a customer service focus at all times.
Must possess a general understanding of production terminology and equipment in a film production environment.
