Job Description
Candidates will work closely with the Production Manager and Content Editors/Producers to help implement tasks and milestones crucial to the delivery of all projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Candidates will collaborate directly with the content creative team, campaign management team, accounting, sales, and legal on a daily basis.
Candidates must be passionate about this industry and driven to learn, develop multiple skill sets, and wear many hats.
Responsibilities:.
Schedule and attend meetings; set agendas; take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to appropriate personnel.
Assist production manager with tracking the progress and status of all content creation projects within the creative department.
Curating and keeping internal resource documents up to date.
Post casting calls and pull talent selects relevant to the casting brief.
Schedule and co-lead talent briefing calls.
Lead both internal and external user generated content curation.
Take lead on managing production inventory including gear and props.
Assist with getting contracts and other production paperwork signed and submitted.
Pre-production coordination including creating call sheets, managing crafty and catering, coordinating rentals, distributing and tracking all production cards, and crew and talent communications.
On-set coordination including assisting with crew paperwork and talent contracts, helping to make any necessary runs or errands, and assisting the Content Producer and Production Manager.
Communicate across the creative department to maintain and update the production calendar.
Search for and recommend crew needed for productions.
Shooting video and photo content in the in-house studio.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a coordinator or assistant role in a creative agency and/or production environment.
Working understanding of commercial production process.
Experience in project management and operations.
Desire to work in a fast paced environment and balance many projects at once.
Proficient in Google Tools.
Extremely organized with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with all personality types.
Knowledge of production equipment.
Ability to shoot photos and video on DSLR cameras and mobile devices.
Bonus Skills:
Ability to shoot video using RED Cameras.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Use of project management tools, specifically Monday.com and/or Wrike.
Knowledge of union and non-union regulations.
