For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.BGS is searching for an Enterprise Direct Procurement Digital Business Transformation Lead to join the team in Hazelwood, MO, Dallas, TX, Long Beach, CA, Mesa, AZ, or Ridley Park, PA.This position allows telecommuting.

The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Assists in development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.Supports cross-functional process management activities.Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.Facilitates efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.Assist with business modeling, systems analysis and development of technically executable requirementsDevelopment and management of system documentation and metadata.Use of structured query language (SQL) and relational database management systems (RDBMS)Perform as a learning member of an Agile development teamData modeling, data quality management, BI and analytics support, information management systems engineering, automation and data governanceInterest in systems engineering and software developmentLeads determination of business information requirements and coordinates change activities at an enterprise level.

Develops, integrates, standardizes, governs, and enhances information and reports.

Leads development, execution of system readiness testing.

Supports project management activities.

Leads system changes and integration efforts at an enterprise level.

Supports delivery of end-user support to include immediate and forward thinking system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.

120.15 is required.

US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience resolving errors between supply chain systems such as GOLD, Mechanized Spares Management System (MSMS) or Network Procurement (NWP)Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teamsMinimum of 5 years’ experience with large scale change management and business transformation projectsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in relevant role supporting technology (Systems and Data analyst, architecture, systems integration, etc.)Experience using SAPTypical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.G.

Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
