Responsibilities: DescriptionProduction Associates will assist in the manufacturing of packaging film in our Extrusion or Slitting Departments, and support production while training to become a Machine Operator.

Schedule12 Hour Rotating Shift 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am, Scheduled 3-4 days a weekOnly work half of the year Benefits Medical (premiums as low as $38.92 per paryperiod), Dental and Vision Insurances Eligibile Date of Hire Life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability, Employer Paid 401(k) with an Employer Match 2 weeks of vacation accrued starting date of hire, 3 weeks of vacation after year one Abiltiy to earn three paid personal days with perfect attendance Semi Annual Profit Share Bonus $500 Sign On Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience in manufacturing preferred, but willing to train.Prior Extrusion, Slitting, Rewinding, or Converting experience is a plus.
