Role/Department Description:As we execute further on the Portfolio Lifecycle, FactSet’s Analytics business continues to grow in size, reach and complexity. Analytics Product Specialists are a team of subject matter experts, combining product and industry knowledge to help ensure customer success.

We are seeking driven individuals with a passion for working with our Analytics suite to join the Americas Analytics Product Specialist team. Our department seeks candidates that possess exceptional technical skills as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients of varying levels of sophistication. Responsibilities:

Retention efforts focused on both reactive and proactive analytics support workExecution on project-based engagements such as implementations, solutions optimizations and other time and knowledge intensive projects to create a better user experience and/or enable sales opportunitiesEffectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their current applications in the industry.Act as a bullpen resource for Generalist Sales, Specialty Sales, Client Consulting, and Client User Support teams to address time-sensitive and/or complex Analytics needs. This includes web and on-site visits for demos or projects that need Analytics Product Specialist involvement.Organize and relay client feedback for enhancements and bugs to Product Development.Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the finance industry, current market trends and economic factors in order to maintain a competitive edge and form support strategies.

Requirements:
