Adina Reyter Los Angeles is hiring a driven Product Merchandising Assistant to join our growing team. The Product Merchandising Assistant will serve under the Production Manager to ensure seamless communication and processes from the design and development stage to product launch. The role will assist with workflow, factory relations, production protocols, inventory flow, systems maintenance and channel distribution. The Product Merchandising Assistant will partner with the merchandising and marketing teams to maintain omni AR product databases and assist in pre-launch product management . The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, flexibility and should enjoy the administrative challenges of a growing design focused company. Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: creating SKUs and product descriptions coordinating and shipping samples for photography uploading product to Shopify, Joor, and lookbooks performing pricing updates and audits completing product specification sheets for internal and external use tracking samples and production orders photographing and videoing styles for internal and external use assisting in maintaining the development spreadsheet assisting in monitoring the production calendar to ensure on time deliveries entering factory production orders packing and shipping samples for market showroom maintenance – including visual merchandising and tidying Qualifications: Experience with Quickbooks, Shopify, Excel and/or InDesign preferred but not required Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume.
