Ultimately, the company is on a mission to support culture conscious leaders as they design cultures that optimize for better outcomes of inclusion, innovation, and psychological safety. Currently, we are looking for a Product Lead with an interest in being an impact player as we look to advance the state of the art in corporate culture design.
What You Will Be Doing
- Envisioning and executing against an ambitious and seamless user journey supporting both self-supported and enterprise customers
- Leading a redesign of the Company’s existing new user on-boarding experience and dashboard
- Establishing a framework for experimentation and supporting top of funnel initiatives
- Developing data visualizations
What You Need for this Position
- A minimum of 5 years working in product management and leading product teams.
- Understanding of various project management methodologies and tools; OKR experience bonus
- Passion for technology, and tech savvy enough to speak geek with developers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading daily/weekly meetings, including documenting action-items and ensuring deadlines are met
- Experience in project planning (Asana or similar)
- A track record of successfully managing delivery of new products
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills
- A hunger for a fast-paced work environment
