Manage the procurement of products and services Negotiate and draft purchasing contract terms and conditions Project Management Manage and maintain vendor records in the company record management system Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost Determine appropriate solicitation method for formal and discretionary procurements Review existing SKUs and create new ones when appropriate Ensure compliance with all related laws and regulationsCompetency Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years experience in a procurement role or similar performing vendor management and contract management Minimum of 2 Years experience as a project manager who can prioritize workloads within cost and schedule At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management Strong negotiation skills Ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and projects
