Affinity Management Group: Hse Coordinator / Administrator

Exciting Opportunity Our client has an immediate need for a HSE Coordinator / Administrator.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HSE team and promoting company Safety and Health practices.

Responsibilities:
· Promote the company safety culture and maintain a safe working environment
· Document Safety Audits and assist safety managers with audit related items
· Monitor and report significant safety concerns to managers promptly for investigation
· Maintain tracking of company HSE information
· Provide administrative support to HSE department
· Attend Safety Meetings and take meeting notes
· Perform other HSE duties as neededQualifications:
· Associates degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience supporting HSE Team
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication Skills
