General Summary Service Technician role working with and responsible for software, electrical and mechanical debug.
In this role, you will install and service equipment, troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems such as PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems and mechanical workstations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot electrical systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, HMIs, and vision system software.
Support installation of equipment and equipment startup at customers&039; sites.
Redline electrical and mechanical documentation Backup and manage machine software Execute testing and run off parameters to verify machine operating as designed.
Up to 75% travel required.
Per Diem offered All shifts needed1st, 2nd and 3rd Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education and Experience/Skills Required: 1.
5 years&039; experience recommended 2.
Proven strong aptitude with computers and learning new systems.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming.

Proven experience working effectively in a team environment.
6.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and employees.

Working knowledge of all MS Office applications.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, etc.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems 10.
