We are in search for a new team member to do the following:Compensation: $20.00 $25.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday 8:45-5:45 | Some Fridays 9:00-3:00 | One Saturday every 6 weeks 7:45-1:45You will:* Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines* Set up and clean up chairs, maintain office and operatory cleanliness* Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment* Take x-rays, iTero scans, impressions and orthodontic photographs* Assist with orthodontic adjustments (including tying and untying)* Use Electronic Management System (Dolphin) to schedule appointments and assist with data entryYou have:* Dental Assistant (DA), Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant (OA) license(s)* 2 years of experience in related field* A great personality* A positive attitude* A strong work ethic* Proven time management and organizational skillsYou are:* Friendly* Computer savvy* Hardworking* Able to work well with people with varying personalities* Able to build relationships with patients and co-workers* Confident, resourceful, decisive, and willing to take initiative* Personable* Willing to learn* Dependable* Highly-detail orientedSkills:* Orthodontic* Dolphin* Digital X-raysBenefits:* PTO* Bonuses
