PIP Insurance Defense Paralegal Job Responsibilities: Preparing Discovery Responses for specific cases Preparing Phase and Status Reports to client based on review of File and Claim File Conducting legal research for important legal matters relevant to a case, and prepare a memo to the Attorney regarding same Preparing for depositions, including summaries by gathering and preparing documents relevant to the deponent as exhibits Updating clients, when appropriate, on status of cases Preparing standard motions, including pulling exhibits for the motion Involved with trial preparation Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of PIP insurance defense experience Detail oriented Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to manage time effectively Ability to support the Attorneys in moving their cases forward toward completion while performing and meeting deadlines Please apply today by submitting your resume in Word format Beacon Hill Staffing Group is an EEO Employer.
