Overview Role Purpose Provides support to members of the team, working closely will all team members to advance the mission of the department.

The coordinator will have excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail.

This individual will have a strong customer service orientation and will assist team members in meeting the needs and expectations of donors and board members.

The coordinator will demonstrate a positive attitude, a solution orientation and a team-spirited style of administrative support, which will foster the overall growth of the Foundation.

Responsibilities Support gift officers with their portfolios by managing correspondence and donor records of these caseloads.

Assist with tracking, qualifying and reporting.

Manage the cultivation/stewardship plan for each donor and assist gift officers with tracking and scheduling of next steps with each donor including visits, planned proposals, etc.

Assist with identifying prospect and upgrade targets.

Secure all appropriate project information, proposals, and impact reports for gift officers to use during donor visits.

Schedule donor visit appointments via phone and e-mail.

Maintain up-to-date donor information and progress within the database while maintaining strict confidentiality.
