Full Charge Bookkeeper

Duties include job costing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, input and file AP invoices.

Work with subcontractors and vendors concerning invoices, lien waivers, W9’s, 1099’s.

Candidates should possess 2 years of construction related experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Thorough experience with QuickBooks and Office.

Ability to possess and handle sensitive information.

Prepare reports for Management and CPA.
