The Glam Room West Hollywood is a full service extension salon and sales showroom currently seeking a Keyholder to serve as our Glambassador.

In this role you will support the retail management team with day-to-day store operations, ensuring that we deliver a positive, personable experience that allows our customers to connect with our brand in real life.The Keyholder supports the management team in exceeding customer expectations and achieving financial goals.

The perfect candidate will have a background in the beauty industry and be inspired, self-motivated, and ready to offer luxury service.Greet and engage with each customer that comes into the store in a warm mannerCross-sell products and “go the extra mile” to drive salesAssist customers with requests in store and on the phoneDemonstrate knowledge of products and services to customersKeep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as neededEducate customers about current promotions and advertisementsCheck out customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receiptsMaintain a close attention to detailContribute to team’s daily sales goalsProvide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service.

Always be approachable, accessible, and gracious in all business interactionsFunction as a key holder and perform opening and closing duties, including supporting inventory and back of house needs.

Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experienceWillingness to work nights, weekends (Saturday OR Sunday can alternate weekends off after 90 days), and some holidays is a MUSTExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong orientation towards providing excellent customer serviceHigh attention to detailDemonstrated selling skillsAbility to maintain a professional appearance
